Sheridan Towers (North Tower)

This asset is a recreation of the north tower of the two-tower high-rise resort-inspired Sheridan Towers[sheridantower.com] condominium development by DMCI Homes. Both buildings were built with DMCI's LumiVentt design which allows air and light to penetrate the building reducing cooling and lighting expenses during the day, while also providing more open space in the building for residents.

This project was supposed to be released last November 2020, but life got in the way. Now I can finally put this project to rest after having cut so many corners just to get this done.

11x4 plot size, 137 meters tall, RICO High-density Residential Building (1000 households)

Main:
- 19,595 tris
- 512x2048 textures

Balconies:
- 20,490 tris
- 512x2048 textures

Glass:
- 240 tris
- 256x128 textures

LOD:
- 264 tris
- 512x256 textures

Both the south tower and north tower as well as its balconies submeshes use the same 512x2048 texture, so RAM usage should be less if you have Loading Screen Mod.

This asset has around 40k tris. It may affect performance, so I recommend only placing this once in your city.

The building has 1000 units in real life, which is why I set it to have 1000 households as well. If this number is too high for you, you may add your own settings through RICO.
