RocketDude - Custom Map Support

Description
ALL CREDIT GOES TO RENETM FOR CREATING ROCKETDUDE.

MAY 2022 WARNING: This is using an outdated version of RocketDude as its base, and I never got around to adding mushrooms to more campaigns. At some point when I get the motivation/time I'll update this and work on it, but for now, this is basically unsupported. Sorry!

I take zero credit for the mode, I have simply added mushrooms for a couple of maps for competing on the https://speedrun.com/L4D2_CE leaderboards (THIS IS CURRENTLY NOT LEGAL TO USE THERE, BUT MAYBE SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE).

You can access this by selecting the "RocketDude Custom Maps" mutation from the mutation list.

Currently, this custom version of the RocketDude mutation supports the following addon campaigns:

Dam It
Warcelona

with more to be added soon™

its a good mode tbh like playing rocket jump but grenade launcher jump but the trouble is the mushroom i don't have it but it is good since there is no black death mushroom
