Damage is roughly the same as the regular brainbuster, but bumped up slightly. Finisher type is critical

Update: Adjusted the timing and tweaked some frames here and there, as well as added a new frame to smooth out the transition a little more. And added a cheer flag that I'd missed

Update 2: Added a few frames to the floatover to smooth it out more
