3.0 Solo & Co-op Boss Balance

Description
Re-balance bosses for Co-op/Solo play (updated for 3.0)

I have gone through the creature database and scaled down the boss mobs HP values to make them more friendly to solo and co-op players. I tried to make sure they are still a challenge.

Example:
Giant Spider
Vanilla HP: 14,560
Mod HP: 6,348

Yes, it works with all DLC.

It's quite a while since your last Update but i'm curious, does it work with the Isle of Siptah DLC ?

I did a quick test and it appears to still be working fine in 3.0. If they added any new monsters, they will likely have the default values. I'll try to get the dev kit updated this weekend (it takes FOREVER to patch) and recompile for 3.0 just to make sure.

According to the site below, the Abyssal Remnant is listed in the file as "SewerAbomination".
