Looks like a thin design that sacrifices some space to put the parts that would normally go on the sides instead in between each mixer. Normally, that's fine, but due to the reliance on bridges to supply water, you can't extend this design forward under an overdrive dome. This limits how effectively it can be used when you need a lot of cryofluid, but I can see it as a decent source mid-game or for things that don't need it as much, like attaching it to a series of tanks for defences to run off of which can be refueled between waves.
