Zil-131 Logging Variant

The ZIL-131 is a general purpose 3.5 tons 6x6 army truck designed in the Soviet Union by ZIL. The truck was produced between 1964-2012.

This version is equipped with a large stinger logging trailer, and a massive soviet crane. It also features a custom engine under the hood, working lights, full interior and more..

To start the truck, simply turn the key to the right of the steeringwheel
The truck is often easier to control from the 1st person view, as the stinger trailer desing can make 3rd person confusing.

The crane is controlled from the passengerseat, and deployed by toggeling the switch in front of the seat. It will take appoxematly 8 seconds to deploy.

The crane will only deploy if the truck is parked straight.

When operating the crane, you should keep in mind that it only rotates 60 degrees to either side, therefor requiring you to park relatively far forwards in reference to the logs.

the crane will also rotate the tool by itself, and you should therefor not used [left] or [right] untill your tool is right above the log




The logs can be tied down by the use of the ropes found at the back of the trailer, as shown:
