This building has 2,104 tris. It uses 512x1024 diffuse, specular, normal, alpha, and illumination textures. The LOD version has 30 tris and 256x512 textures. It is 252 feet tall (77 meters) with 21 floors. It is an entirely unique building and is not based on anything else. These are difficult to make and take a lot of time.
