Description
Changes the colors of Free Cities from looking like Military City States.

It's better because we can now tell more easily whether a unit belongs to a free city or a military city state.

The point of this mod is to distinguish free cities from military city states, not to have good contrasts. If the point was to have good contrast, this mod would not exist. and hey, if the colors clash, that makes it stand out even more.:steamthumbsup:

How is this better? Red on light grey? Yellow on grey? Learn something about contrasts

Could the gray be slightly darker so they also look less like Canada at first glance?
