Inputs: Throttle lever, RPS
Outputs: Throttle to combustion chamber

Customizable values:
Max RPS: to set maximum RPS the engine can run at (46 default)
PID : standard PID values (.02, .000001, .01)
True RPS offset: for when the running RPS is not hitting the max RPS value due to influence from the proportional gain value.
