Description
A trinket that mimics ???'s special health effects.

Blue Knot:
Transform red health into soul hearts, but leaves empty containers alone.
When dropped, transform soul/black hearts back into red hearts. If you still have enough, that is!

Use it to protect your devil room chance or trigger special items like the The Polaroid and Empty Vessel.

Has no effect on The Forgotten, Keeper, The Lost, ???, and on bonehearts.
