I plan to do this after I finish my fleet of Belgian metros and trams so that I have something at every level. I think I will be ready within a week. :)
Usually I like it when it stays close to the real price. For example Eurostar bought 7 sets for GBP 300 million in 2014. At current exchange rates that would be 425m USD, or $60.7m per set. Current in game price per set is $13.4m.
