Added new config options:
-RandomDisableBar - 50/50 chance to not to play fancy boss bar animation
-RandomDisableGlitter - 50/50 chance to not to play bar's Glitter animation and Blink for death animation

@El rulitos, I didn't mentioned custom boss icons support in changelogs when I implemented EBB support, so try to play with vanilla options instead

Me gusta mucho la animacion pero falla con el mod "enchanced boss bar" tienes que elegir uno, desactive el otro mod y este no funciona no funciona con mather ni tampoco con los jinetes contra the beast
