TLI/CS Hybrid Crosshair

Description
Felt like it was too hard to hit distant, small targets like a pilot in air so I combined the two styles into one for a hopefully all-purpose reticle.

After using this for a while, I will say it's great. Combine with Sporkinator's scope crosshair for ultimate sniping.
