I played a campaign in Victorum Universalis using both the GMI BT Compatch and the GMI BT Compatch with Dynamic Borders and I can confirm that both are quite compatible with said mod.

Won't hurt to try dynamic borders add-on doesnt really needs a specified graphic files and should be compatible with anything i reckon you could even use it on vanilla just to make the game borderless.Try it and please inform me as well.

Can this compatch be used along with Victorum Universalis? After all, the mod IS BASED in the original BT

BT itself have not been updated to 1.31.* yet this is an addon for a bt compatch honestly i'm surprised its not working since it is just graphical stuff but you can always revert back to 1.30.6 and play bt with her addons and compatches which includes this one as well i hope i was be able to help.
