ReduceWeaponLift

Description
This reduces the weapon lift when aiming at walls but not to the point that you can look through them.

It sets the default gun length to 0.55, about half the standard rifle length but if its a shorter weapon like a pistol it will use the standard length of that weapon.

Works very well to prevent players from sticking their gun into a wall to see through it
