Description
Kinner Airster, "The Canary" (1:1 Scale)

The Airster appeared in 1920 designed by Bert Kinner, it was a one or two seat open-cockpit single-engine biplane. One Airster named The Canary was bought by Amelia Earhart 100 years ago while she was learning to fly in 1921. In October 1922, the Kinner Airster was used to set a world high altitude record of 14,000 ft (4,267 m) for women pilots, the first of the many records set by Earhart. Due to a change in the family fortunes, Earhart was forced to sell "The Canary," but later put together enough money to purchase a second Airster.

Easy to fly trainer biplane, very well balanced for smooth ground and air maneuvers. I built this for two reasons; first is to commemorate Amelia Earhart and secondly to celebrate the new adjustable blade length feature in Stormworks. It also has the least powerful engine of the collection by having only 35% of the engine Max Power.

FEATURES
- Very small trainer biplane for learning how to fly in Stormworks
- Heater, fire extinguisher, welder torch

PILOT'S MANUAL

Hi, it is last updated 2.5 year ago and I haven't checked it recently. Stormworks is actively updating game, so things may break time to time. I will check it soon.

Don't turn on heater if it is not freezing out there. Because heater increases air temp a lot for the engine.

Hey is it just my bad flying or does the engine have a problem with over heating when I use it at max speed, I tried flying it and it busted into flames

Experimental branch didn't get the hotfix the devs released after the Friday update. So, many propeller aircrafts are currently not working in Experimental.

Are you in experimental branch?
