remove camera shake of "longer crowbar"

Description
replace "v_crowbar.vvd" "v_crowbar.mdl" and "v_crowbar.dx90.vtx"

Made the crowbar looks longer by moving its model upwards but the model is actually unscaled and has no camera shake . Camera shake version https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2390225535 .
