Description
Increases the progress increase of the "Planned Cultivation" perk to ludicrous levels (100x), and gives it a nice rename to give it an "expert developer" feel.

Was looking through your code and realized you have lot of redundant files. You only need the file in the script values, and it it you only need the planned cultivation function. It should overwrite it just fine. And it will make your mod compatible with others.
