Many Crowns Independent OR Liege not same dynasty

Hello, so this mod was made at the suggestion/request of @AmberAmbitions , what this "Liege Edition" does is the following:


So the original decision made it so that at least 10 members had to be independent with a King title minimum.
My original mod removed that independence factor so as Emperor you could give King titles and they would count.

Now i have made this "Liege Edition" after the suggestion/request of steam user @AmberAmbitions.
What this version of the mod does is implement a code trigger that will check for 3 things:
First it will check for Independence, if you are not then it will check for a Liege, if you have one it will check if it has the same Dynasty as you, if he isn't then it will count for the 10 necessary.

Having at least one of those 2 requirements met will be enough to use the decision.

I took the pictures above as an example,
First Picture Scandinavia owns everything so the decision shows 0
Second Picture 4 are independent so the decision shows 4,
Third Picture i gave everything to the HRE making all 10 sons of the Scandinavian Emperor become subjects of him, since he does not have our Dynasty the decision shows 10 and you can now take it.
