Better Galaxy Icon Overview + Gigastructural Engineering

Description
Currently unsupported and causes issues for some reason.

Mod works for 3.0.2. If you see icons missing, I am aware of the issue and I cannot fix it.

This mod fixes the issues between Better Galaxy Icon Overview and Gigastructural Engineering, so all icons should line up now.

You will need to subscribe to both other mods in order for this to work.
