it's 100kp because that's the pressure when you heat Europas ambient air pressure to 20 degC.
The fuel is absorbed by the generator instantly, thus it reads 0pa. volume pump is not 0, it's just very small.
Some questions regarding your GFG Europa test world:
- you seem to only do the cooling via 16 passive vents and a DV. Now I must conclude it's working, as I've obviously seen it :) Is the length of the cooling pipes important? I see you put one passive vent per each frame, but does the cooling line otherwise have to be as long as in your example world?
- you don't seem to regulate pressure in any other way than the cooling line. Again, is the length of the line important? Why is the pressure inside the GFG room stable at 100 kPa, if Europa is around 50 and you don't regulate the pressure?
- why does the Fuel Line show mostly 0Pa pressure and the Fuel VP 0L?
