Dark Souls Incapacitated

Description
Replaces the Left 4 Dead 2 sound files "iamsocold" and "puddleofyou" with segments of the song "Gravelord Nito" from Dark Souls.

Silences the Left 4 Dead 2 sound files "iamsocoldhit" and "puddleofyouhit".

Note: The incapacitated audio files for Left 4 Dead 1 campaigns are not accessible, and are therefore not replaced.

OMG the death sound is something i will never forget in my life!! if there was something that counts my deaths i would have 100,000,000 death lol
