DisarmedVanillaTurrets+IntTurretBuff

- Handheld weapons do next to no 'MassDamage', bc that'S what makes sense and stuff

Update 1:
Added rebalance for all the super shiny Warfare1-bogus weaponry
- RO1 & PRO1 now have their own ammo

- added 'THUNDER' 100mm HE missile for RO/PRO1
- added 'LIGHTNING' 100mm High Velocity Ammo for RO1
- added 'METEOR' 100mm Mini Nuke for PRO1
(stats may be considered subject to change)

- Rifles now have proper different ammo types (not jsut magazine caps and a DMG multiplier, silly KEEN)

- changed 'SmallCaliber' ammo for Rapid Fire
- added intermediate cartridge ammo clip for Standard Rifle
- added .303 Bri'ish 'full powered' ammo for Precise Rifle
- added fancy blue tracer novelty ammo for the fancy elitist novelty rifle

- Rifles Mag.Cap. has been adjusted to have a bit more of an impact
- Standard rifle now shoots in 3rnd bursts

- Full auto pistol uses special low-power ammo to reduce stress on the fancy emissive novelty painjob and all that jazz

- more stuff

- And yes, this mod still friggers all vanilla turrets, take the interior one, and make them unavailable in the G-Menu

NOTE regarding the FUTURE of this mod

As soon as i start wrapping the first pieces of, and publish, the ALIEN:SE Weapon mod
this here mod mayhaps become obsolete, unmaintained and/or will end up..
- disabling some of the vanilla weapons
- turn them into more civillian-use novelty sport gun like pieces
- replace certain models with my own
- etc.

i may also end up spliting it into two branches, to keep this one around, more or less, AS-IS
(amd will keep maintaing both, if need be, as long as can be arsed to do so for this here one)
