Autumn Terrain + Revamped Regicide + Coastal RM Map

Description
Updates Regicide (Fort instead of Towers, no has autumn terrain instead of civ-based terrain that is inconsistent and ugly, more hunt and resources, etc - see image) and adds Coastal (based off of Nomad, but more trees, resources, autumn terrain, etc) as well as 1 more forest, cliff, 3 new water types and several terrains (including forestfloor and road)

It'd be nice if you could make these seperate maps and make them non-desync sensitive
