Hair is paintable.
Requires Bonemerge/Easy Bonemerge Tool and TF2 Paint tool for painting.

While I allow it, I'd like to be informed of such things, and properly credited in the author box, with a link to the workshop item. Now this is an old item so I'll let it slide, but for future stuff, try to at least leave a comment on the authors profile so they know you're hexing they items...
