I mean, the Jockey sound replacer + a Quagmire model for the Jockey would be absolutely perfect. Ans it would make sense in the L4D universe for Quagmire's multitudes of STDs to finally turn him into a feral animal people would have to shoot. And there is in-game commentary from the characters saying what the jockey does. Ellis putting it lightly "What that thing does is undignified" or something like that in his voice lines.
