Type in console mat_specular 0 To fix the missing textures! That's also Recommended!

Or, If that didn't Cut it! Then Try, going. to the game directory "Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg" and find the "Autoexec. cf" file, where you have to write the command "mat_specular 0
