I'm not sure, but here's a website that sells shirts with custom made art. Never bought something online so I don't know how trustworthy this is: http://www.redbubble.com/shop/skyrim+t-shirts?page=1
If anyone else finds a better place to buy these kind of shirts you can correct me.
