Basic starter base lvl 03 with all needed devices. Functional design, cheap.
Supposed to be placed into the ground so the solar panels just show.
Generator placed a bit away since targeted by base attacks.
Fits 18 grow plots. Space to place large constructor and higher level devices.
Ready for expansion down without removing blocks.
Easily expansion towards the sides if to have larger farm or whatever.
Also easy to put on container extensions.

Advised to spawn it in Creative to familiarize with the layout and maybe modify.

Last picture shows it as BA01 with costs.
Second last picture shows cost without solar and sentry guns.
Third last modified to BA05 with Gun Turrets and larger solar panels.
