What makes this mod so awesome?

==== Followers ====
- Ma'azha the Stealthy, a Khajiit follower specializing in stealth (obviously) and archery
- Urbul gro-Orkulg the Tenth, an Orcish follower specializing in slashing and smashing ;)

==== Places ====
- A sweet house loaded with all the necessities and then a lot more
- A house/tavern combo situated alongside Fort Sungard
- Specialized storage and supplies for every aspect of Skyrim life in your new home

==== Things ====
- A unique artifact, the Surprisingly Heavy Hammer of Ysgramor
- A resurgence in fine wine, including some very vintage Surilie Brothers 3E 399
- The Black Arrow. Made for killing dragons.
- The ArkenRock, the largest gemstone in Skyrim. Wars have been fought over less.
- A little puzzle to fairly earn all your goodies
- Spell Tome: Teleport A spell that will teleport you from anywhere directly into your perfect home. Gotta love it.

==== Other Peoples ====
- A couple inconsequential yet fairly friendly tavern-going NPCs
- Susaela, a marriageable NPC and WiP bard (not bad looking either)
- Katli, the tavern keeper and a vendor for food and general goods
- A hopeless drunk beggar (it is a tavern after all)

Now, as a disclaimer, here's what you don't get:

- Exactly ten thousand stairs
- A free IPad
- A free puppy*

*Disregard. You actually do get a free puppy.

I know you're probably disappointed about this. I understand. Although shamelessly titled "The Ten Thousand Stairs of House Sungard", there are in fact, not ten thousand stairs. Who would want to climb that anyway? My apologies.


==== Where is it? ====

You can find it conveniently located a little southeast of Rorikstead with the help of a custom map marker to make it easy to find. It's also next to Fort Sungard.


==== What do you need to run it? ====

- Skyrim
- No DLC needed
- No compatibility issues with other mods


==== Alright, what's the catch? ====

Well, you can't get any of the good stuff unless you subscribe. So what are you waiting for?

Version 1.01:
- Added some neat misc. clutter
- Made Ysgramor's SlamHammer less absurdly overpowered
- Added Battle Lute of Doom

Version 1.02
- Fixed a gap in the ground at the base of the stairs
- Added a scrolls strongbox
- Added a bit more decoration

Version 1.1
- Added Susaela, marriageable and soon to be a bard (still in college I guess)
- Made the barkeeper a vendor, renamed her Katli Bulwark, changed voice, made marriageable
- Made lighting darker and more natural appearing
- Added Spell Tome: Teleport - a freaking teleporting spell :D

Version 1.2
- Improved natural lighting in interiors
- Navmeshed interiors

Version 1.2.1
- Finally got the lighting just right!
- Added some clutter/decoration all around
