Jeep Wrangler Arrakis Sandtrout [config]

This is a config file for my Jeep Wrangler Arrakis Sandtrout.

The Jeep, Pagani, Ford, and Dodge Modern DLCs are required.* (I believe the Pagani DLC is required for the racing fuel tanks, but I'm not exactly sure about that. I figured better safe than sorry. If I'm wrong, be sure to correct me, and I'll make the changes to this description and DLC requirements. Thanks.)

First and foremost: I'll address the rims. Make sure you buy new rims, and set their ET to 150. When you first buy this Jeep, you'll notice the wheels clipping through parts of the suspension. I wanted to make this vehicle as wide as possible, so I scaled up the front and rear suspension, within reason, and installed wide tires. Once you set the ET to 150, and reinstall the wheels, you will have no clipping issues. The last three screenshots show the before-and-after. You no longer need to buy new rims. The config has been updated.

Second: I also scaled up the engine quite a bit to give that V6 some much-needed spice. ;) (372 HP stock)

The Arrakis Sandtrout is equipped with a complete water reclamation/filtration distillery, and two 15-gallon reservoirs. The distillery is 100% compatible with all stillsuits, making the Sandtrout a practical choice for long-range recon expeditions. Whether you're roaming the Great Dunes of Colorado, or skirting across the desert planet, Arrakis, you and your partner will have ample hydration, and more than enough power. ***

The Arrakis Beige paint parameters are H - 35, B - 50, S - 70, Matte, and black star livery. The rims' parameters are the same as the body (minus the livery, of course). "Unrealistic wheel sizes" must be enabled in the options.

The Sandtrout can only be found in the Junkyard.

This vehicle is fairly uncommon, so it might take you several trips to the scrapyard before you come across one. (Then again, you might hit the RNG Lotto, and snag one on your first couple visits.) The harder the hunt, the sweeter the haul! Patience is the key to treasure.

CONFIGS REQUIRE A MANUAL INSTALL

1. Subscribe

2. Navigate to ...Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\2401854545

3. Copy the bodyconfig1.txt and config1.txt files.

4. Navigate to ...Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars\JeepWrangler

5. Paste the two config files here. Configs must be named in numerical order! (Remember to rename these configs, only if you have multiple files, with the appropriate number, in accordance with your config files' numerical order.)

6. Enjoy!
