winch manual
-detach the black rope on the side of the winch system (you can store it in the side box that made for it).
-turn the key(he opens the hole be careful).
opt_1 - sit in the dark red one and then you can ctrl it.
opt_2 - use the arows on the panel.

start manual
-turn the key on the main panel.
-turn the main breaker.
-set 0.55 on the throtle.
-wait till the rps of the engine reach 25rps (you can see that on the lower panel).
