but i would improve the description.
something like:
This mod adds a new policy with both cultural and religious conversion but at half the speed of the other two policies. That means minimal change to vanilla balance.
so does this mod increase the inherent natural conversion/assimilation rate? or is it an entirely new policy that does both, just at half speed of the dedicated policies?
Note that this policy will only be useful when you want to convert culture and religion at the same time, but it would take the same time as if you did both individually. It would be wasted on pops of same religion but different culture, in this case you should just pick Cultural Assimilation.
The idea is that the governor would be dividing his attention/resources between these two tasks.
