Adds a new boss, Precursor James, from the game Brigador to Kenshi, along with his iconic mask.

He can be found in the Ashlands and is treated as a late game boss. He has really high combat stats, but low toughness, to kind of emulate that ‘ride or die’ feel that Precursor James runs tend to be in Brigador. He comes with his mask, as well as a blueprint to craft it yourself. Because of the head size of skeletons, the mask comes in two variants, one that is worn by skeletons and one that is worn by everyone else. The blueprint he drops gives crafting for both variants. And yes, the mask is supposed to be floating in front of the face.

Given he is a late game boss and it tends to take forever to get to the late game, I added the blueprints for the mask to the “rare blueprints” vendor list, which I think is only associated with the scraphouse vendor. This should make it a little easier to get your hands on the mask earlier on in your playthrough.

Because he is hostile to the player and not a recruit, I added a new game start where he is part of your party.

Will probably need an import to get him to spawn and to update the vendor list.
Should be compatible with everything, unless something drastically alters the Ashland Dome Ruin town.
