The first of a series of mods, focusing on adjusting Rivals balance and cranking up system abilities to 11!


UNIVERSAL CHANGES
------------------
Universal Gatling: Zetter and Etalus were the only characters able to cancel the active frames Dash Attack into Up Smash on hit (with the latter being able to cancel it at any point in the Dash Attack, whether on hit or whiff). Every character included in this mod series will be able to perform Zetter's Gatling Cancel.

Double Jump Refresh: Landing a Dair offstage gives you your Double Jump Back

Jab Tilt Cancel Enable: Claircina, being essentially an echo of Clairen, was unable to cancel Jab 1 into Tilts. She is now able to do so. Every character included in this mod series will be able to Jab Tilt Cancel.

Jump Cancels: Dash Attack, UTilt, D-Tilt, and UStrong are Jump-Cancellable on hit. All aerials are double jump cancellable on hit.

Special Cancels: U and DTilt are cancellable into up and FSpecial on hit respectively. All aerial are cancellable into any special on hit.

Strong Cancel: DTilt is cancellable into DStrong on hit.


CHARACTER CHANGES

Neutral B Double Jump refresh: Landing a Neutral B gives you your Double Jump Back

Forward B Freefall Change: Forward Special no longer puts you into freefall
