an extra wheel, just in-case,

with the reinforced chassis design you can do so much with this bad boy- for example:
-start a massive police chase, ending in mulple civilian casualties
-begin a civil uprising that ends with even more civilian casualties
-drive into a furry convention, hoping that it causes even more casualties
