Variant with glazed balconies.
Typical house in the USSR in the 1980s.

The building is decorated with blue-green-sandy tiles.
There are also variant of this house with non-glazed balconies.

@Eirlen, I don't want to spent my time for adding "more realistic" (mud, cracks etc). I prefer to create more buildings :)

Really well done, but i dont think any building look that polished.. even completely new ;) just saying.
