Slippery target: "What also effected from the chip is people's aims beside him maybe it has dark magic that causes bad luck on people's aim or maybe it just cause he hasn't washed for the past 20 years and people cannot look at him"

Bloody mess: "it last weird effect of the chip it cause, every time, he Kills or incapacitates someone they explodes into bloody chunks or maybe the revolver has been cursed which cursed him or maybe hes hitting a vital part that causes people to explode maybe."

Scum slaughter "Due to your nature, being a wildcard every gang dislikes you, maybe you urinated into the sink which violated the canadian redcross's guideline,maybe you betrayed the man at the casino you suppose to give the package to or maybe the gangs think you're an easy either way, every criminal hates your guts and will try and kill you."
