Does this mod still work? I know it's been 3 years but, it's only a map mod... right?

I've tested the new Anbennar's update and it does not seem to bring any changes to the map, so the mod still works fine!

I played with it a few hours on the BitBucket Version (1.31) and it seems to work fine.
