This is a blueprint of and updated: Rental Reception, NEW MFG Rental Building (Cheaper Than The Garage!) Building in the workshop... Citi Reception MFG Rental

The building HVAC has been updated to floor vents only for heat and a/c
The stairways are now only one room with railings to prevent falls.
The starter office door has been relocated to allow for the placement of a bookcase.

MFG has been redone for better efficiency and less waste...
FIRE all the couriers as we now have a modern-day rooftop HELIPORT!
The MFG building is fully equipped with printers and assemblers; best to place in custom maps and delete them if you want and add them back once you can afford them!
Use and modify on this Map; Key: CA05IED1T3

Just delete the road to the right and place the elevated parking access building up against the road on the left.
The whole building should be placed two spaced from the main road in the front so it all lines up.

Check the lower level; In order to make it one blueprint, a hallway was added to connect both buildings in the basement level.

The Original building mod has also been updated as stated above in the workshop...

One rail mod was used to update the stairwells!
