Breakfast Nook part 1 Corner

I love this items for the breakfast nook, however I have discovered glitches where the item disappears with these items a lot but not other items.

I found this to happen only when I put any of the ice cream display cabinets in. The alert comes up for the ice cream cabinets that they have been sold. Walk into the dining room and the breakfast nook is gone. Have to re-buy. But this ONLY happens when the ice cream display cabinet is in the same house. I think there is a mod problem with the ice cream display and when it disappears takes the breakfast nook with it. Never had a problem with the breakfast nook before.
