Description

Make crypto weapons and armors from VFE - Vikings to be craftable.
As rights now the only way to obtains them is from raider or the crypt, which is usually in low hit points and normal quality. Now you can craft them but you have to research them first and their tech level is ultratech. Their crafting costs are slightly higher than their power armor/ charged weapon counterpart.

The research cost for the weapons and armors are both at 2000.
