Heavy Plasma Tank

Description
Experimental energy weapon platform. Armed with plasma scatter cannon (land), two mortars (land) and two link turrets (air). Plasma scatter cannon is more effective on bigger target. While the main cannon is quite devastating, the tank still can be overwhelmed with numbers, so sending the tank alone is not recommended.

Inspiration source: Unreal Tournament, shotgun (obviously)

Credit: Erokia (freesound.org) for plasma cannon sound

If you check the plasma tank ini in asset folder, the firing sound actually disabled check the line saying "#shoot_sound:firing4". I just fixed my firing sound issue it's actually just my hardware setting.

@Wazow Ah ok i noticed some of my mods have missing firing sounds too, it seems the new RW 1.15 update mess it up. I haven't do RW modding for very long time. But i will try solve this issue later, thank you for the information.

@Wazow you meant the vanilla plasma tank? This mod doesn't modify vanilla unit

for once a balanced super unit u know how hard it is to find one that isnt super broken either cause its too cheap or is just downright way too strong

Man I'm loving all of these standalone add-on units. Really helps adding a bit of variety in vanilla games.
