Summary: Vanilla adaptation of JRandall's MCRN-Scorpion-AT, with a twist; the artillery turret is now bottom-mounted and an exterior cockpit added on top. Turrets replaced to comply with the vanilla maximums, allowing the addition of two tool turrets. Four railguns and four pulse lasers added. Additional Notes:
- JRandall's modern HV tank styling is well preserved
- Was able to add a multiturret and drill turret without sacrificing meeting the vanilla turret maximums

- Compact yet well-armored modern design

- Well balanced hover thrust
