Greetings! This mod consists of 12 custom-made houses and series 1-104. Such houses have a rather unusual urban look, so you can place them in the suburbs, or on the main streets of the village. The projects are dated 1949, they have a lot of decor, comfortable apartments, that is, these are clean Stalinist buildings, even without the simplifications of 1950, therefore such buildings are ideal for the construction of the period 1935-1957

I will not provide specific information for each house, it is very similar.
Houses from 7 to 16 residents with 88-96% comfort. The cost of one building is in the region of 2 thousand rubles.
Collision houses do not have, so that you can place them next to each other.
+ parking for personal cars that can be inserted into the site
