Updade to 1.4.2 of the Merc-MX8 by JRandall

I allways like the design and this one is quite small for all his stuff.

I rework the huge amount of rcs and fuel/oxygen tanks, remove the constructors to reduce the cpu cost.

I removed almost all weapons
I clear the inside to add a lot of container extention giving 2 storage of 15K, one for ammo, an one standard.
I removed the jet engines to replace with normal T2

This version is CPU level 3 and ready to upgrade.
