When you click on the triangle, select the modification / И когда Вы кликнете на треугольничек, выберите модификацию

Тернан, you must subscribe to the modification, and when creating a new game, poke at the triangle near the country (in this case, Russia). Sorry for the long answer / Вы должны подписаться на модификацию, и при создании новой игры нажать на треугольничек возле страны (в данном случае Россия). Прости за долгий ответ
