Description
Heartbeat Sensor from MW2.
Equip it in the Charms menu.
Friendly NPCs will show up green, hostile NPCs red, unknown NPCs and players yellow.

Its range is limited, but you could piss a lot of people off by wallbanging them with TMJ rounds.
Compatible with Arctic's Combat Stims; cold blooded players won't show up on the sensor.
