General LIn without animal units

Description
A general lin mod of better compatibility with the original game and other mods. No animal units, no weapon giving incident.

@Ryder - the graphic looks like a spear, but is an axe. It is the exact weapon used by one of the Eight Princes in the relevant DLC. I'm not sure if you need to have this DLC for this mod to work as intended? (I have it so can't test)

the weapon does not display correctly for me, the male general keep having the axe instead of a spear

Wait i have no problem with weapon giving tho, is it really make it incompatible with other mod?
