Royce

Royce is a scout for a frugal captain, being powered almost entirely by batteries, supplemented by visits to outposts and a Mr. Fission micro reactor as an emergency backup. Careful power management and a skilled electrical engineer will be the key to survival in this old sub. It was built to be an affordable submarine for the early stages of a campaign, focusing on dive operations and recovery of treasures for trading and upgrading.
